Q. Can I use my GSM phone with your service?
A. Our network is compatible with most GSM phones on the market. Before you activate a line, you can check compatibility of your device at https://www.canelomobile.com/Shop
Q. What happens after I purchase a SIM kit?
A. Once you purchase a SIM kit, we’ll ship it to you via the US Postal Office and provide to you a tracking number via email. Once you receive the SIM kit, follow the simple instruction to get your line activated. Or talk to a live operator (800) 339-6220 between the hours of 8AM and 11PM, Central Time 7 days a week to get the line activated.
Q. If my phone is not compatible with your service, will I be able to return the SIM kit and get a refund?
A. Yes! We’ll issue a full refund to your payment car and you can simply discard the SIM. And since we represent all the major networks in America, we may be able to send you a compatible SIM or sell you a device that can work in any of the major networks. Choice is yours.
Q. Why do I need a credit/debit card to pay for your service?
A. We accept only credit or debit cards for purchases on CaneloMobile.com as we don’t require any credit check or contract.
Q. How much is your activation fee? And shipping charges?
A. We don’t charge for activation. But on devices and accessory purchases, there’s a $9.99 shipping. No charge for SIM kits.
Q. Can you use my existing phone number?
A. Yes! Of course. You can bring your existing number to us after we activate your line. In fact, we’ll send you a second SIM just for this purpose and if you end up not needing the second SIM, you can give it to someone and if that person end up using our service, we’ll give you a billing credit.
Q. When will I be billed?
A. We charge your card before we ship the SIM or phone bundle to you. Then once you start using the phone, the billing cycle starts. Each billing cycle is 30 days and we’ll bill your card one day before the end of the billing cycle automatically.
Q. Will I be able to change plans?
A. Yes and you can also cancel service at any time as you are not under contract.
Q. Will I be able to use my phone as a Wifi hotspot?
A. Yes
